LoanBridge America is not a consumer reporting agency and does not itself make credit decisions. Participating lenders or providers may use information from consumer reporting agencies as permitted by applicable law.

Credit decisions

Any lender or provider that evaluates a request is responsible for its own underwriting and credit decision.

Consumer reports

If a provider obtains a consumer report, the provider is responsible for complying with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable requirements.

Accuracy

If you believe information in a consumer report is inaccurate, follow the dispute process provided by the applicable consumer reporting agency.
